Crafting compelling, brand-aligned content that speaks to our audience and amplifies what makes Zócalo unique (food, atmosphere, culture).
Managing initiatives to foster audience interaction, including engagement campaigns, community dialogue, and user-generated content.
Applying data insights (such as engagement metrics, reach, conversions) to continuously optimize content performance and adjust strategy.
Overseeing event planning and execution both in-restaurant and community-based events that reflect the brand’s values and expand its presence in local markets.
Providing strategic leadership for marketing initiatives focused on growth in audience, improving online community relations, and positioning Zócalo as a top destination for modern Mexican dining.
During my internship abroad, I was working on a 65-hour project focused on the Marketing Analysis of iRepack’s newly launched Outlet E-commerce Website. Along with my colleague, I researched market trends, customer behavior, and competition to provide actionable recommendations that will shape iRepack’s online growth strategy.
As part of this project, I:
Analyzed iRepack’s e-commerce performance and competitive market position.
Researched customer behavior, digital marketing tactics, and emerging industry trends.
Engaged in weekly mentoring sessions to refine insights and recommendations.
Prepared a final report and professional presentation for iRepack’s executive team.
The goal of this project was to deliver data-driven insights that strengthen iRepack’s e-commerce presence and optimize its marketing approach. The project will culminate in a presentation to the executive team in mid-May.
As Director of Events for the International Business Club, I lead the planning and execution of professional, high-impact events that connect students with industry leaders, alumni, and global business professionals.
My role centers on creating meaningful, career-focused experiences from alumni panels and speaker events to collaborative initiatives with organizations like the Entrepreneurship Club and Student Finance Association. I focus heavily on outreach, building relationships with speakers, and curating conversations that give students real insight into different career paths.

My experience at J/PR has been an exciting deep dive into the fast-paced world of public relations and social media. I’ve worked on both the strategic and creative sides of campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in influencer marketing, media outreach, and digital content creation. I supported brand campaigns by building media lists, drafting backgrounders and welcome emails, and assisting with influencer pitches. A big part of my role involved researching content creators and sourcing user-generated content (UGC) to align with brand identity and campaign goals.
I also created social content including Instagram Stories and carousel posts using Canva, while learning how to match tone, aesthetics, and audience. On the analytics and sourcing side, I used platforms like Muck Rack for media research, HeyOrca for content planning, and Tagger and Sprout Social for influencer discovery and campaign support.
